📦 Upon Delivery
If you notice that the parcel is visibly damaged upon reception, please:
- Inform the delivery carrier immediately.
- Notify our team as soon as possible.
- If and when possible, take clear photos of the parcel for documentation — these will help us in resolving your case efficiently.
💳 Refunds & Processing
- Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are refunded only in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or fulfilment error.

- Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or unwanted items.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
