Terms and Conditions
If referred to as ‘us’ ‘our’ or ‘we’ this will be referred to as Salisbury Gas Centre. “You or Your” means the person whose order for the Goods is accepted by us. We shall retain ownership of all goods until full payment is received. The goods shall be at your risk immediately on receipt of the delivery. Click and collect items are reserved for up to 24 hours. Once this period has finished items will then be available or other customers to purchase Products which contain gas can only be delivered by us or collected by the customer. This process will mean the exchange of an old CALOR bottle and no other gas company.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required from a customer before goods can be provided and in some cases, payments will need to be cleared before this can happen, if the payment does not clear we have the right to cancel the order completely. By ordering any products from our website you accept the terms and conditions we have enlisted.
Delivery Terms
Delivery will be varied depending on certain items, whether that is size or the type of product. For example, products which contain gas can only be delivered by our delivery drivers and not posted. Where third party service providers are used, the quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Product Information
Age restricted items may need some form of identification. If a product needs identification and this is not given to us, then items will not be able to be handed over to the customer.
Return Eligibility
You may return an item if it meets one of the following conditions:
Damaged upon arrival
Defective or not functioning as intended
Incorrect item sent
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For faster processing, include photos and a brief description of the issue when contacting our support team.
Upon Delivery
If you notice that the parcel is visibly damaged upon reception, please:
• Inform the delivery carrier immediately.
• Notify our team as soon as possible.
• If and when possible, take clear photos of the parcel for documentation — these will help us in resolving your case efficiently.
Refunds & Processing
• Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are refunded only in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or fulfilment error.
Important Notes
• Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.
• Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or unwanted items.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Items reported after the 14-day window may not be eligible for return or refund.
